Each May, the MTA convenes an Annual Meeting at which delegates from across the state gather to set policy, vote on Bylaws, Standing Rules and Resolutions, elect members to the Board including President and Vice President, vote on the budget and approve new business items.
This year the 2018 Annual Meeting of Delegates is May 4 – 5, 2018 in Boston, MA. If you would like to attend, please email Maureen Miller at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than February 26.
We are allowed only a certain amount of EAW members to attend. If we have an excessive amount, a vote may need to take place. Maureen will notify everyone interested in attending by email in March if this is the case. Thanks for your patience.
